Micah Vorst, the Self-Service manager for SonicWall, oversees the support portal, knowledge base, community and more. As a military veteran, he brings a unique perspective when managing people and projects. He has been in the cybersecurity space for nearly 10 years and holds a B.S. in Network Security from the University of Advancing Technology. In his free time, he enjoys being with family, rock climbing and hammocking.
